We are seeking a PMHNP committed to delivering patient-centered psychiatric care and making a positive impact in the surrounding communities.Responsibilities:
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments for diverse patient cases.
  • Collaborate with unit leadership to manage clinical caseloads and enhance productivity.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans encompassing medication management, referrals, and therapy sessions.
  • Lead individual, group, and crisis intervention therapy sessions.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, evaluate current clinical and management practices, and contribute to improvement initiatives.
  • Intervene in and resolve crises or emergencies effectively.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current RN licensure and Board Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Massachusetts.
  • Current Buprenorphine Waiver/Suboxone Waiver/X-Waiver.
  • Clinical experience in psychiatric or related settings.
